Injury prevention is perhaps the most important aspect of any good fitness training program. As an injury rehabilitation specialist, I take injury history extremely seriously and it is vital for me to assess any physical or movement restrictions you may have. Whether you are an elite athlete or simply recovering and rehabilitating your body, your health and mobility are always at the forefront of our workouts. After our initial assessment, I will customize an injury rehabilitation program that focuses on rehabilitative stretches and strengthening exercises. The program is designed to gradually develop your overall strength, concentrating mostly on body weight and functional exercises. As a certified training specialist, it is my belief that full body strength training will help keep each individual strong and prevents future injuries. I will be consistently reevaluating your physical progress, incorporating modifications if necessary, all with the single goal of aiding you in a full recovery.

 

Each session is 60 MINS and includes a full body warm-up, customized workout plan, and cool down stretches. Shad offers packages of sessions in 12 PACKS and 24 PACKS. For pricing and availability please contact us below.
