Whether you’re looking to lose weight for a wedding, get in beach body shape for your next vacation, or just eager to shed body fat for the summer, my one-on-one private strength training sessions will focus on full body strength and athletic conditioning. I break my workout plans in to 6 to 8 week cycles. Each fitness program cycle focuses on different modalities in order to prevent plateaus in your workout routine and maximize the greatest body strength results possible. These exercise programs will concentrate on body weight exercises, an introduction to kettle bells, free weights  and high intensity interval training (HIIT). As a certified strength training specialist, it is my belief that full body strength training will help keep each individual strong and powerful. Each of my private clients gets an individual workout plan designed specifically for them and their personal athletic goals and empowerment.

 

Each session is 60 MINS and includes a full body warm-up, customized workout plan, and cool down stretches. Shad offers packages of sessions in 12 PACKS and 24 PACKS. For pricing and availability please contact us below.
